How can I get my User Name and Password?
In the new system, your email address is your User Name. If you don't remember your password, click the Forgot Your Password link on the home page and a reset link will be emailed to you. The Help Desk can no longer reset your password for you.
Where do I upload the Section I and Section II narrative templates?
The new system collects data in Section I and Section II on a traditional data entry form, not as uploaded files.
You can find a copy of the questions in Section I and Section II in the blank forms area of the Help page.
When I print my report, will my Section I and II narratives print out as well?
In the new system, yes they will.
How can I include additional information to clarify the data entered?
You can add additional information or clarifications in APR Section II, Question #4, or FPR Section II, Question #7. Please make sure to reference the section, page, and question number to which the additional information refers.
I clicked the Save button and the login page displayed. Why?
The system will timeout after 30 minutes of inactivity. The new system will automatically save-as-you-go by performing an automatic save after you enter data into each field. It is still recommended that you click the Save button frequently.
For my FPR, what if I don't have cumulative course completion figures for each class in Section V?
We ask for course completion data by grade level of the cohorts to look for trends in the course completion data (looking for increasing completions during the six years of the grant). If your record system does not afford the capability to disaggregate completion information by grades, please provide completion data in the totals column (last column on the right.)

For example, if you cannot give completion information for each of the 9th grade students, 10th grade students, 11th grade students and 12th grade students who completed pre-algebra by the end of the 7th grade, then provide the total number of the students you have served over the 6 years who have completed pre-algebra by the end of the 7th grade.
